Who we are
GOGOGO LLC is a Delaware-incorporated company (EIN 30-1390520) headquartered at 112 Capitol Trail Suite A, Newark, DE 19711, USA, operating with our engineering arm GOTONOM A.Ş. in Istanbul, Türkiye. We build multi-agent AI products: Goddo, GoVista, GoPeople and GoTrack. For privacy questions, write to [email protected].
What we collect
We collect only what we need to run our products and respond to you.
- Account data — name, work email, company, role — when you sign up or fill out a form.
- Usage data — pages visited, agent runs, error reports — captured by our analytics for product improvement.
- Communication content — message text, attachments, classifications — only when you use a product like GoPeople (WhatsApp HR) or GoVista that requires it to function.
- Computer-vision data (GoTrack only) — frames are processed at the edge and converted to vector embeddings; raw frames are not stored unless you explicitly enable retention.
- Billing data — handled by our payment processor; we never see your card number.
Why we collect it
We collect data to deliver and improve our products, to respond to your messages, to bill you accurately, and to meet our legal obligations. We do not sell your data. We do not train models on customer content.
Where and how we store it
Customer data is stored on Vercel and partner clouds in EU regions by default. US-region hosting is available on request. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). Access is role-based, audited, and limited to engineers on duty.
How long we keep it
Account data is kept for the lifetime of your account. Usage logs are kept for 90 days. Trace_ids and structured agent traces are kept for 30 days unless your contract specifies otherwise. On account deletion, we wipe identifying data within 30 days; aggregated, anonymous metrics may persist.
Your rights
Under GDPR, KVKK and similar regimes you have the right to access, correct, export, restrict, object to, and delete your personal data. Submit any of these requests to [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days.
Children
Our products are not directed at people under 16. If you believe a minor has shared data with us, write to [email protected] and we'll delete it.
Changes to this policy
When we make material changes, we email registered customers and bump the effective date at the top of this page. Smaller wording fixes ship without notice.
