1. Agreement
By accessing or using GOGOGO products (including Goddo, GoVista, GoPeople and GoTrack), you agree to be bound by these terms. If you're using the service on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind that company.
2. The service
GOGOGO operates a multi-agent AI platform. We provide it on an 'as available' basis. We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service unless your contract specifies an SLA.
3. Your account
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for all activity under your account, including the actions of agents you configure.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Break the law, or help others break the law.
- Attack, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the service.
- Generate content that's illegal, deceptive, harassing, or violates third-party rights.
- Train competing AI models on our outputs without written permission.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages through GoPeople.
5. Your content
You retain ownership of the content you submit to GOGOGO. You grant us a limited license to process it solely to deliver the service. We do not use your content to train models. On account termination we delete your content within 30 days unless your contract specifies otherwise.
6. Our intellectual property
GOGOGO and its logos, mascot, source code, and product trademarks belong to GOGOGO LLC. You get a license to use the service, not a transfer of ownership.
7. Fees and billing
Pricing is published on each product page or set in your contract. We bill in advance for subscriptions and after the fact for usage-based charges. Past-due invoices may suspend service after notice.
8. Third-party services
Our products integrate with third-party services (WhatsApp Business API, OpenAI, Anthropic, Vercel, Cloudflare, etc.). Those services have their own terms; you are responsible for complying with them.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time on 30 days' notice unless your contract says otherwise. We may suspend or terminate immediately for material breach, illegal use, or non-payment. On termination you may export your data within 30 days.
10. Disclaimers
AI outputs are probabilistic. Verify outputs before acting on them in production. The service is provided 'as is' without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement, except where prohibited by law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GOGOGO's total liability under these terms is limited to fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Delaware, except where mandatory local law requires otherwise.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are emailed to registered customers at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the changes.
